Our Long Term Rentals are for 3 months or more.
Booking & Payment:
- We are only able to accept payments in cash or via bank transfer.
- Payments could be made in Euro, US Dollar or Egyptian Pound.
- A minimum advanced payment of 1 month rent is needed in order to confirm any booking. This will be kept as security deposit, and will be paid back on check out.
For making the advanced payment, please ask for our bank details in Holland or in Egypt.
- For bookings cancelled more than 3 month prior to arrival date, there will be a cancelation fee of 10% of the advanced payment.
- For bookings cancelled between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival date, there will be a cancelation fee of 50% of the advanced payment.
- For bookings cancelled less than 1 month prior to arrival date, there will be a cancelation fee of 100% of the advanced payment.
Check-in & Check-out:
Our standard check-in time is 03 PM, and check-out time is 12.00 noon. We can be flexible on these times when there are no other bookings in the days of arrival and departure.
Rental contracts & inventory list:
- On check in, guests would be asked to sign a rental contract and an inventory list. They would also be asked to provide a photo copy of their passport [or ID for Egyptian citizens].
- The cost of any damaged or missing items from the inventory list has to be paid by guest before check out.
House-keeping, linen & towels:
In all our apartments, we provide fresh towels and bed-linen on check-in.
The apartments are cleaned before arrival and after departure.
If needed, extra house-keeping or laundry could be provided for a little extra charge.
Airport pick-up [Optional]:
